Badge
The badge it will be delivered to the welcome desk to your arrival.
The badge is required for admittance to all official conference sessions and exhibitions, for the Welcome Reception as well as the Social Evening.
Participants are asked to present their badge in order to gain access to the Conference.
The badge must be clearly displayed.

Coffee Breaks

During the Meeting session breaks and poster sessions, refreshments will be served free of charge to participants wearing Conference badges.

Smoking Policy

Smoking in the conference venue is not permitted, except in designated areas.

Banks and exchange

Banks are open from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m.to 3.30 p.m. Most hotels, restaurants and shops accept major credit cards. Cash dispensers are located throughout the city.

Electricity
The electricity supply is 220 volts, 50 Hz. Foreign appliances may require an adapter.

Tipping
Service is generally included in the bill; if you wish to show your appreciation for a good meal or special service, tips are welcome.

Payment by Credit Card

You may pay by Credit Card VISA or Mastercard through the website of an Italian Bank.
All credit card data are encrypted and only the bank has access to them.
After enrollment in the conference, the deposit can be paid online.

Vouchers
Vouchers of all hospitality services (hotel, shuttle services, gala dinner, excursions...) will be delivered 15 days before the opening of the COnference. If you wish to receive them before, please write an email to the Organizing Secretariat.

Invoices
During the online registration, you will be asked to indicate the name of the person or the company/society you wish the invoice to be sent to.
Each online registration form produces an invoice for the accomodation and an invoice for other services.
For this reason, if two people wish to share a room, but require separate invoices, they must send an email to the Organizing Secretariat and to the booked hotel.
Invoices for the accommodation will be given by the hotel at the moment of the departure; invoice for optional services will be sent by the Organizing Secretariat.
Invoices for the registration to the Conference will be given on-site at the registration desk by the Committee of the Conference Secretariat

Disclaimer
The Conference Secretariat and Organizing Secretariat reserve the right to make any changes to the conference program which might be necessary for scientific and/or technical reasons.
The Organizers are not responsible for the cancellation of the Meeting or parts of it.
In the case of total cancellation, conference participants will be refunded for the registration fees they have paid.
However, the Organizers are not liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused by the cancellation.

Liability and Insurance
Neither the organiser nor the Conference Venue can take any responsibility for injury or damage involving persons or property during the event. Participants are advised to take out their own personal insurance.
