Airport Shuttle Service

Shuttle service to/from airport can be made online during the registration procedure. Informations required are names of airports of departure/arrival, dates, flight number, flight times and name of the hotel of arrival/departure.
Shuttle service is available to/from the following airports:
- from/to Venice "Marco Polo": € 31,00
- from/to Treviso "Antonio Canova": € 40,00
- from/to Verona "Valerio Catullo": € 70,00
- from/to Bologna "Guglielmo Marconi": € 70,00
Fares are one-way, inclusive of VAT and taxes.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of the total amount is requested before sending the voucher.
Changes and cancellations policy until June 25, 2012
Any change or cancellation is possible, free of charge, until June 25, 2012 by accessing your personal area with the password you will receive by email at the end of the online registration procedure.
Changes and cancellations policy from June 25, 2012
After June 25, 2012, changes for flight times are free of charges must be sent by email to europeade@padovameeting.com.
Cancellation requests received since June 25, 2012 and no-shows are not refundable.
Any refunds will be made during the course of the event at the desk of the Booking Centre.
